JOB DESCRIPTION:
This is a dual role incorporating our accounts and our sales department. The candidate will work in accounts primarily each morning and in the sales office each afternoon.
The accounts role will entail:
Checking of cash receipts, postings and allocations on Kerridge
General maintenance of the sales ledger
Preparation of lodgements
Bank postings
HPI checking and updating results to Kerridge
Petty cash management
General accounts admin
Reporting to: Financial Controller
The sales support role will entail:
Booking in of cars for auction
Registration of customers for auction
Processing of payment
Assisting with change of ownership
Customer relationship management
General sales admin
Reporting to: Operations Manager
Hours of work:
Tuesday 10.00am-5.30pm
Wednesday 10.00am - 10.00pm
Thursday 10.00am-5.30pm
Friday 10.00am-5.30pm
Saturday 9.00-5.00
Salary 22k - 27k depending on experience
