ASSISTANT MANAGER LUXURY GOODS RETAILER

Job Overview

Our client, an established luxury goods retailer are currently recruiting an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager for their store in Kildare Outlet Village.

The Company

Established in 1984 by three Irish brothers, this company has built their success and reputation on the reinvention of the traditional Jermyn St shirt, taking it to a wider, aspirational audience. They now offer shirts for men and women as well as a wealth of luxurious silk ties, accessories and small leather goods, all of which are sold in stores in the US, Europe and Asia.

The Position

In this position you will:

Take full responsibility for the store in the absence of the Manager and lead by example
Support the Manager in all sales activity within the store and in the delivery of outstanding customer service
Promote the brand through ensuring excellence in visual merchandising and store standards at all times
Act as a role model and ambassador for the company
Adhere to company policies and operational procedures at all times


The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate for this position will:

Currently be working as Assistant Manager in an extremely customer focused Retail environment
Ideally have experience in the area of luxury or designer goods
Be target driven, commercially aware and extremely customer service orientated
Have excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
Have excellent personal presentation
