JOB DESCRIPTION:

Car Rentals Team Leader - Dublin Airport (€ 25-27k)

The Job:

Supervise Depot on a day to day basis to ensure that it is open for customers over seven days.
Recruit and oversee staff for, Customer Service and Valeting
Provide high level of customer service on a one to one basis and oversee staff for vehicle handover and return
Schedule vehicles to ensure a supply for Pre-Booked and Walk-In customers.
Deliver and Collect customers and vehicles.
Deal with Customer queries both by phone and in person.
Monitor Vehicles for Refuelling, Cleaning, Valeting, Services, Repairs, Damage Charges to customers, and Insurance Claims.
Administer Depot ensuring that daily procedures and paperwork are processed in a timely and accurate manner, and payments and receipts are lodged and processed.
Control Depot Costs and keep overheads at a minimum
Assist with marketing, business development and promotions within the local area

The Person:
Fluent English essential
Previous experience in the car rental industry
Familiar with Microsoft Office and a high level of computer literacyl.
Ability to work under pressure.
High organisational skills are critical along with the ability to manage time effectively.
Ability to work independently and on own initiative.
Must be flexible with regard to working hours. – weekend and out of hour work will be part of the role.
Experience in the motor/car rental or tourism industries would be an advantage although not essential
Posses Full Driving Licence - Over 5 Years Accident Free Driving
