JOB DESCRIPTION:
We have clients throughout Ireland and the UK who are seeking qualified chef de parties and commis chefs to work in :
- 4-5 star hotels including new hotel openings
- Rosette Properties
- Relais et Chateaux Properties
You will be qualified and experienced with a working knowledge of HACCAP.
