JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client, a Global Betting Exchange operates one of the worlds leading betting exchanges. We are now looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our customer service team and be a part of the exciting growth that lies ahead.

Please note these positions are Shift Orientated

Summary:

* The successful candidates will liaise with customers from around the world on a day-to-day basis by telephone, email and chat. You will be managing complex issues, prioritising and implementing appropriate solutions.
* You will be motivated and enthusiastic and possess excellent communication skills. You will be involved in many aspect of the company including Finance, Marketing and Operations. Excellent Customer service will be your top priority.

Key Responsibilities:

* Dealing with all manner of customer queries from our global customer base via phone, e-mail and live web chat
* Working in conjunction with the finance department on account administration and payment issues
* Managing complex issues, prioritising and implementing appropriate solutions.
* Liaising with marketing function in welcoming new members and running competitions/ promotions
* Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of customers experience across all products – sportsbetting and possibly poker

Profile:

* A good knowledge of betting, preferably with employment experience in the betting industry.
* 2+ years Customer Service Experience is a key requirement
* Must be proficient with Windows/Internet
* A love of sports is essential.
* Attention to detail/High standard of work.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Ability to work comfortably with all levels of management and staff
* Proactively handle multiple tasks
* Ability to work in a busy and dynamic environment.

Salary/Rate: €24,000 - €26,000 depending on experience.
