H&M is growing fast. Born in Sweden in 1947, they are currently present in 28 countries and now wish to recruit a Floor Manager for their stores in Swords and Liffey Valley Shopping Centre.


As fast as the organisation is growing, so are the opportunities. At H&M its you and your ambition that set the limits. Working abroad is a possibility as well as furthering your education.

As Floor Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and service throughout the store. You will support and develop your team through proactive coaching and development. You need to take in everything that happens around you to run the floor at its maximum potential.

H&M are looking for someone who is passionate about fashion. You will be enthusiastic about working in a fast paced and results driven environment. The ideal candidate will currently be working in a high turnover Fashion Retailer and may now be looking to take our next step on the career ladder.
