A top client of Manpower is a US Multinational IT company in Dublin 15. This is a fantastic opportunity for motivated and talented individuals who wish to progress their career in the field of technical support. The company provide support to all their customers in relation to there products Printer, scanner and photocopiers.
The successful candidate MUST be perfectly fluent in English and native in Dutch or German or Finnish with 6 months experience in a customer support setting.
*The candidate duties will involve first point of contact with the customer to answer all their enquiries, point of contact for internal team to follow enquire to close and responsible for data control.
