JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our Client, Europes largest car hire firm is currently seeking Customer service representative for it's Dutch team based in North Dublin.

Starting salary €20,879.00 Salary will increase to €22,915.00 after training also there is a bonus of up to €1,200.00 per year


Experience

• 3 – 12 month experience in a Call Centre environment or similar, i.e. customer service, face to face, inbound sales
• PC literacy is essential
• Fluency in English essential.
• Leaving Certificate or equivalent education standard required.
• Highly Customer service oriented
• Excellent telephone manner
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise.
