The main objective is to manage the Service Performance industry. They increase services revenue for leading high-tech companies such as Adobe, AT&T, GE Healthcare, Motorola, and Sun Microsystems through exclusive focus on service share.Also they help clients to increase the number of customers they have service relationships with and grow the value of those relationships each year.

Inside Sales Representative
The Inside Sales Representative will report directly to the Vice President of Inside Sales and will support a growing sales organization as part of his or her daily responsibilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES
v Responsible for the renewal and overall sales of hi-tech service and support agreements to established customer base (no cold calling!)
v Application of databases to research accounts and uncover new opportunities
v Generation of sales quotations
v Manage the entire service sales cycle from prospect to close
v Generate reports for internal use
v Ensure the integrity of client information is maintained in the database systems

QUALIFICATIONS
v University Degree/Higher Diploma
v Fluency in any of the above languages and English is essential
v 1+ Years Sales experience ideally in the technological sector is preferable but not essential
v Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft packages
v Excellent communication and reporting skills
v Excellent team player
v Proven ability to form business relationships
