JOB DESCRIPTION:

English speaking Customer Service Agents - Blanchardstown (€ 23k) September start

We are seeking a number of experienced customer service agents for our client based in Blanchardstown.

Candidates will have:

Fluency in English both verbal & written essential
At least 18 months customer service experience either in an office environment or retail.
Excellent communication skills
Be extremely customer focused
Excellent PC skills

Candidates will need to be flexible with regards to working hours as the centre will operate between 7.45am and 9.30pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 5.30pm at weekends. You will be required to work 40 hours per week.

Location: Blanchardstown, Dublin 15

Start Date: September, 2008.
