JOB DESCRIPTION:
Our Client, a leading 4 Star Hotel in North Wexford is now seeking to appoint a passionate and dynamic individual for the post of Events Manager.
Role
As the Events Manager you will be responsible for organising and overseeing various promotional, corporate and social events with particular focus on
Wedding and Banqueting.
Key Responsibilities will include:
Maintain and stimulate conference sales and events
Producing tailor-made live event proposals in line with client objectives
Forging and maintaining lasting professional relationships with third party suppliers
Developing and managing client relationships
Ensure the smooth running of events from initial planning to hosting the event on the day.
Candidate
The successful candidate will possess a proven track record in Events Management preferably in the Hotel/Hospitality Industry together with excellent attention to detail, creative ability and a pro-active and organised work-ethic. You will be outgoing and personable with a professional attitude.
