Due to this success they are now hiring Dutch speaking technical support agents for their Dublin office to support their growing Dutch customer base.
Role: You will be responsible for handling incoming calls from customers in Dutch regarding technical support queries. You will need to track and resolve or escalate these calls to 2nd or 3rd line depending on the nature of the query. In order to provide a good service you will need to utilize hotline tools and knowledge management systems for diagnosing and solving their support issues.
Skills: The candidate we are looking for will have some passion to IT. He/ She can be freshly graduated with very good computer knowledge.
The candidate will need:
- 1 year IT supports experience.
- Fluent Dutch spoken and written.
- Knowledge of operating systems.
