JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our Client is Irelands Largest bookmaker and one of Ireland's fastest growing listed companies. They are seeking a Finance Manager fully qualified accountant with 2 - 3year PQE

Main duties & responsibilities:

* Manage a small team responsible for Non Retail GL postings and reconciliation
* Ensure a timely and accurate close at month end
* Develop an understanding of all non Retail finance business processes with a view to implementing process change and improvement
* Liaising with external Non Retail business partners
* Develop relationships with internal business partners
* Develop Non Retail revenue MIS
* Take lead in other finance system project as required
* Assist FC with any new business finance processes
* Ownership of budgeting and reforecasting for non retail business lines

Essential Competencies:

* Ability to work under pressure and on own initiative
* Very strong systems and process improvement experience
* Strong analytical and technical accounting skills
* Strong commercial acumen
* Staff management experience
* Builds relationships
* Excellent communicator and can deal effectively with non-financial people r
* Effective delegation skills
* Takes a proactive approach to problem solving
* Able to resolve conflicts successfully
* Tenacious and determined
* Qualified Accountant with at least 2-3 years PQE

Salary 70,000 with 10% bonus
