JOB DESCRIPTION:


Our Client, one of the worlds largest insurance corporations are looking for a German speaking Agency administrator. The successful candidate will report to the Agency Administration Team Leader, German Market Department.

Role Definition: The responsibilities of the successful candidate will include but not necessarily be limited to:
· Vetting the reliability of potential new brokers and setting them up on the system and issuing the legal agreement once accepted.
· Following up outstanding information to appoint a broker.
· Ongoing maintenance of existing broker relationships including processing agent changes, cancellations, mergers, transfers of business etc.
· Dealing with broker and broker consultant queries which may include set up, commission etc.
· Ensuring that all work that is required to be completed before the commission run is properly completed and that all check sheets are signed off by the Team Leader and passed to the commission team.
· Make recommendations to the Team Leader on improvements to processes and procedures.

Technical Competencies:
· Excellent oral and written German essential. Previous experience of working in the German broker market desirable.
· A business qualification with an interest in pursuing a professional qualification.
· Good knowledge of MS Office Products.

Non-Technical Competencies:
· Have excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.
· Have excellent attention to detail.
· Be well organised and capable of working to tight deadlines.
· Be enthusiastic and innovative.
