Role: A new position has been created for a Pre-Sales/ Sales Engineer professional to support their EMEA Sales team. The successful candidate will assist the sales team in
? Pre-sales and post-sales activities and support to ensure the end clients and channel partners receive accurate technical advice.
? Assisting with RFP/RFI requests and tech specs
? Web demo?s & Proof of concept
? Project planning & implementation work
? Post-sales support or other technical and business related issues concerning the applications
? Representation at conferences and exhibitions
Skills: The ideal candidates will possess business fluent French and English, have worked with clients in a Presales support capacity and have the ability to troubleshoot issues and design infrastructures with Storage Solutions, web security, MS Exchange, Active Directory, Linux, Domino, Windows 2000 & 2008 and Networking. A strong technical experience is mandatory in the following fields:
? Cloud computing
? Data storage, SAN,NAS,DAS
? SUN, Veritas Clusters
? terabyte-sized Oracle OLTP environment
? Virtualization technologies
? HTML and other web-based technologies System integrators
