JOB DESCRIPTION:

Manpower are working with a global leader in the gaming industry based on the West coast of Ireland. We are recruiting for Customer Service Representatives with Native level French OR German with fluent English to join their state of the art new global HQ.

This is a fantastic opportunity for motivated and talented individuals who wish to progress their existing career in the field of customer support.

The successful candidate MUST be fluent in English and fluent in French OR German, with 2+ years experience in a customer support setting.

The successful candidates will be responsible for offering expert advice and support to customers via chat, email or phone, trouble shooting and problem management through to resolution.

An interest in the gaming industry is a plus- experience working in gaming would be a distinct advantage.

A friendly and outgoing personality, hands on approach to problem solving, a great team player and professional attitude to are all prerequisite to the role.
