Description

The Role: requires general technical and customer service duties, follow-up standard diagnostic procedures in order to handle queries in the most effective way possible and if a more complex problem occurs recognize it and escalate accordingly, and providing feedback to the team leader.

Meghen Group Support Services is currently recruiting native German Technical Support Agents in Cork. This is a Permanent position with Excellent Career Opportunity. Our client is a World Leading Computing Manufacturer well known on the market.

Your duties will include:
. Answering customer queries about the products, systems, peripherals and software provided by the company
. Provide appropriate and accurate technical support via phone
. Troubleshooting
. Analyze the information provided by the customer on the phone and then drive it to resolution

Skills required:
. Fluency in both German and English
. Great communicational and organizational skills
. Previous call centre experience
. High level of computer literacy and knowledge of hardware principles
. Experience of working in a pressurized environment which is target driven
