JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client is Ireland's largest bookmaker and is now one of the UKs fastest growing eGaming businesses.
They are currently looking for an Online Marketing Manager Financial Spreadbetting

To assist the Commercial Manager in the execution & development of the companies
financial betting Marketing Strategy

Main duties & responsibilities:

* To assist the Commercial Manager in optimising customer acquisition programmes and the continued promotion of the companies brand
* Develop (concept development & copywriting) and execute promotional campaigns
* Manage 3rd party suppliers such as Ad agencies, sales houses & media partners
* Actively develop, manage & monitor, affiliate & refer-a-friend programmes
* Management of PPC & SEO activities
* Prepare & execute email campaigns, weekly newsletters & develop online promotional programmes
* Daily preparation of KPI reports, analyse promotion effectiveness and make recommendations
* Assist in the development of incentives designed to acquire and retain new customers
* Prepare & regularly update website content

Essential Competencies:

* Thorough understanding of online Marketing (CPM, CPC, CPA)
* Superior negotiating and influencing skills
* Strong relationship management skills
* Highly analytical & strong attention to detail
* Ability to work in a team environment
* Strong knowledge of Excel

Education & Experience:

* Previous experience marketing to both UK & Ireland would be favourable
* Middle to Senior level Online Marketing Manager
* Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent would be preferable
* 3 to 5 years work experience in an e-commerce environment
* Results driven marketing outlook is essential
* Knowledge of financial markets would be advantageous
