JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Role:
Communicating with suppliers via telephone and e-mail in English and German
Monitoring stock flow and ensuring that adequate stock levels are maintained to fulfil store allocations
Liasing with other departments such as Advertising, Stock Control and Sales
Inputting and maintaining accurate information in internal databases
Preparing market research reports
Contributing to and assisting with the Buyer’s tasks

The Candidate:
Proficient in the German language
Confident and persuasive telephone manner
Excellent administrative skills, confident, motivated, enthusiastic, highly organised and able to work to tight deadlines
Proficient in MS Word and Excel
Previous experience, while helpful is not essential as comprehensive on the job training will be given
