JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our Client a dynamic publications company is currently recruiting for a Sales and Marketing Executive to be part of a growing team. You will play an important role in helping to maximize their print, event and online advertising revenue opportunities in a technology-based business to business role.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Gather sales from an existing base of customers and hunt for new business
- Interpret & use market research statistics to convey the benefits of the company's media
- Understand and achieve day to day KPI's which include appointments, closes, strike rates, reject levels and customer satisfaction
- Excellent customer service
- Develop strong relationships with customers

Experience & Skills

- Minimum of 1-2 years successful sales experience, ideally in media sales but not essential
- Proven track record of achievement in new business development and account management
- Must be enthusiastic, ambitious and results-driven with an eye for detail
- Must enjoy working in a challenging, competitive and energetic sales environment
- Good presentation and communication skills
- A can do attitude with high income aspiration and a constant need for self achievement
- Proven ability to build relationships with customers
- Constantly seeking new challenges with a focused attitude in a competitive team
- Willingness to grow sales skills and desire for a new opportunity and top results
- Excellent time management, with the ability to plan and organise
- Customer Focused, able to solve problems with outstanding people skills
- Target driven, with excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Fluency in English is essential
