JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client is one Europe's largest and most successful recruitment firms, and are currently looking for a senior business development exec for their Dublin office. The role will be half office and half field based and is exceptionally well paid with benefits including a car, lap top, phone and incentives.

Your responsibilities:

* Generate new business by visiting new clients and networking through existing clients across Ireland
* Develop and strengthen existing relationships to maximise client satisfaction and business turnover
* Negotiate terms, master-agreements and SLA
* Winning business at SME and at the big corporate companies
* Manage tenders
* Be the face of our company

Requirements:

* You have more than 2 years experience in a demanding sales environment with proven successes
* You have experience in a B2B environment
* You have documented business experience with strong skills in planning, organising daily work and achieving targets.
* You have excellent communication skills at all levels
* You are a team player across teams and countries
* You are responsible, take initiative and enjoy a hectic environment · You are pro-active · You see changes as challenges
* You have a drive to be successful
