Unix Applications Operations Team Leader 55-60,000

In this role you are responsible for the reliability, availability, performance and quality of all the companies production e-commerce offerings.

Main Duties and responsibilities:

* Manage a team of 4 people responsible for the support and operation of the online presence of the firm
* Provide mentoring of team
* Design and implement systems to meet business needs
* Manage contracted support providers
* Reporting to senior management on a regular basis
* Providing 2nd/3rd level IT technical support to our customers
* Point of escalation in relation to active support issues
* Carrying out other tasks as required
* Coordinating and communicating with other internal departments

Duties ratio : 80% Hands On and 20% Team Lead

* Flexibility and adaptable in their approach to customer/business needs
* Desire to learn about new products and keep abreast of new product developments
