JOB DESCRIPTION:

Main areas of responsibility
Working in conjunction with the lead designer, you will be involved in creating innovative web-based learning solutions. You will be responsible for interface design and implementation, building of learning content, testing and evaluation of the final solution.

Education
Degree in design related discipline

Skills
Superior design skills with a high proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
Excellent working knowledge and understanding of XHTML and CSS
Good working knowledge of jQuery and PHP
A strong understanding of web technologies, usability and accessibility
Current knowledge of the eLearning industry would be an advantage
A good understanding of Moodle and/or other Learning Management System
Video editing experience would be highly desirable
Some experience with print/graphic design would be advantageous

Capability to work within tight deadlines and to changing priorities
Ability to work in a small, dynamic team
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
